Weber Wedding
May 27, 2012
Today a friend of mine, and fellow blogger All Things Jennifer got married. It was the most fun wedding ever. An outside tent, on a beach, with adorable accessories and fun games, it was really a day to remember. To show Jen all the fun, here are some pictures.
We had a cocktail hour then a ceremony. The bride and groom led us to a clearing in the trees for their short & sweet ceremony.

This part was really funny because the DJ played The Final Countdown, so we knew it was time and everyone headed over.

The bride and groom wore red, so did the wedding party.

Even down to their shoes. Comfy chucks. I actually gave a pair of these to my husband the day of our wedding.

The couple were tied together during the ceremony. This is where the phrase tie the knot actually comes from.

There was serious paparazzi at this wedding.

This guy cracked us up with his cell phone reach.

And then ~ the kiss!

Then back to the party for lawn games and merriment.

I always grab a self portrait of the two of us. Like my Kentucky Derby hat?

Highlight of the night was the photo booth complete with props. Guess which one I chose.

This was my chalk art to the tables of sign-able things they had for us.

Which included little Jenga pieces you could write something on.

And a dictionary to highlight your favorite word. So creative don't you think?

We took a walk down to the beach to throw some stones and pick up driftwood. This is Lake Ontario of the 5 Great Lakes.

They decorated the pavilion where there was dancing and dinner. These were the MadLibs RSVP cards that guests filled out. See the original here.

Of course no ordinary cake or topper would do. It was a zombie couple and cupcakes. I may or may not have had 2 yum! Cupcakes, not zombies :-)

There were little glow in the dark zombies and army men on them.

Much dancing was had by all. This song? Ice ice baby. Oh yea! A hit once again!

Daises and mason jars were our centerpieces and beverage containers.

There is no greater joy than a couple on their wedding day. Congrats to Charles and Jen!
